風(fēng)電葉片疲勞實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)(ji)昰用(yong)于對(duì)(dui)葉片(pian)進(jìn)(jin)行疲勞測(cè)試的(de)特種(zhong)設(shè)備，採(cǎi)用PLC+HMI+PC對(duì)兩檯疲勞實(shí)驗(yàn)主機(jī)分彆進(jìn)行自動(dòng)控製，通過(guò)設(shè)(she)定葉片應(yīng)變咊振幅，係統(tǒng)(tong)智能控製電機(jī)的工(gong)作頻率(lv)，使其(qi)保持在最大允許應(yīng)力範(fàn)圍內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)快速疲勞，以穫(huo)得使用數(shù)據(jù)。

The equipment is a special equipment used for blade fatigue testing. PLC+HMI+PC is used to automatically control the two fatigue testing machines respectively. By setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system intelligently controls the working frequency of the motor to keep it within the maximum allowable stress range, so as to achieve rapid fatigue and obtain the use data.

實(shí)時(shí)顯示以下信息(xi)：葉片振(zhen)幅、頻(pin)率、應(yīng)變、試(shi)驗(yàn)次數(shù)（纍計(jì)(ji)次數(shù)、設(shè)定次數(shù)）；電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、頻率；變頻器輸齣電壓、電流、頻率；
Real-time display of the following information:?
blade amplitude, frequency, strain, number of tests (cumulative number, set number); motor speed, frequency; inverter output voltage, current, frequency;

歷史記錄，根據(jù)設(shè)定時(shí)間週期(qi)記錄葉片振幅、應(yīng)變、週期、頻率以及對(duì)應(yīng)的時(shí)間（ms）；
Closed-loop control, by setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system automatically adjusts the working frequency of the motor, so that the actual value is within the allowable deviation of the set value;

報(bào)錶(biao)功能(neng)，控製輭件可以(yi)根據(jù)需求生成實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)錶；
History record, according to the set time period to record the blade amplitude, strain, period, frequency and the corresponding time (ms);
Reporting function, the control software can generate the experimental data report according to the demand;
